PRIVACY STATEMENT
Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter Sports, Inc. respects the privacy of information provided to it by its customers. Only contact information necessary for the registration of programs is retained; complete credit card information is not retained on site, nor is it available to any staff member of Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter Sports, Inc. Information you provide to us may be used by Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter for future program notification; however, we do not provide this information to any vendors or agencies affiliated with Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter or Sylvania Area Joint Recreation District.
REFUND POLICY
Any participant choosing to opt out of a program will be responsible for payment of any registration costs incurred by Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter Sports, Inc., if applicable, and a $5.00 (five dollar) administrative fee. In addition, if withdrawal occurs after the commencement of a program, the pro-rata portion of the program participated in will be retained by Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter Sports, Inc., refunds will be paid by check within 30 days of written notification of customer’s intent to withdraw from participation. Notice of withdrawal must be mailed to: Sylvania Tam-O-Shanter Sports, Inc., 7060 Sylvania Ave., Sylvania, OH 43560. |
